Goulash
Ingredients:
* 1 1lb Ground Beef
* 1 Small to Medium Onion (chopped)
* 1/4 teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes
* 1 Tablespoon of Minced Garlic
* 1 Teaspoon of salt
* 1/4 Teaspoon of Pepper
* 1 Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
* 1 Can of Tomato Soup ( Don't add the water, leave it condensed)
* 1 Can of Stewed Tomatoes or Canned Chopped Tomatoes
* 1/2 Cup of Water
* 1 Can of Cut Green Beans
* 1 1/2 Cups of Elbow noodles (Small or Large) ( Cook, rinse and drain)
You will brown your ground beef, add your chopped onions, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, salt/pepper, and your chopped green bell pepper
Don't drain the ground beef unless you have excess of a lot of oil from the browned beef
the pan juices will look like water on top, this is what you want
Add your tomato soup and your canned tomatoes to the mixture also your water and the can of green beans
Stir thoroughly and cover and simmer for about 20-25 minutes
There will be a lot of liquid now that is the sauce.
You will now start your elbow noodles once the elbow noodles are done you can rinse and drain them. You will add the cooked noodles to your mixture and cook for another 10 minutes
Your Goulash will be done!
You can serve your Goulash with shredded cheese on top and a piece of bread!
