Sour Cream Cookies
Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees
Ingredients:
*1/2 lb of unsalted butter
*1 Cup of Sugar
*1 Cup of Brown Sugar
*3 Eggs
*1 Teaspoon of Salt
* 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
* 1 Cup of Sour Cream
*3 Cups of Flour
* 1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
* 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
In a bowl add your butter and sugars and cream together until it is light, you will now add your eggs and beat for another 2 minutes on medium speed. Add your vanilla and sour cream and mix it until all of it is combined.
Drop rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8 - 10 minutes, until the cookies are lightly golden on top and that they spring back when you touch them.
I hope you enjoy this recipe. I know it sounds odd but they are an easy baked good that tastes amazing.
